About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures that guest rooms and public areas of a luxury hotel are clean, well‑maintained, and ready to deliver a memorable experience. Working as part of the Guest Environment team, you will uphold the brand’s Gold Standards while providing attentive service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to established standards.
• Restock housekeeping carts, linens, and amenities promptly.
• Respond to guest requests and service calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain safety and hygiene protocols, handling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality requirements, and uniform standards.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical stamina to lift, move, and carry items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
