HR Data Entry & Implementation Associate – Municipalities Project

About the role

We are looking for an HR Data Entry & Implementation Associate to support the rollout of HR solutions across municipalities. The role focuses on accurate data handling, Excel‑based processing, and assisting the project team during migration, testing, and go‑live phases.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, organize, and maintain employee data received from municipalities.
• Enter, update, and validate records in Excel templates and designated HR systems.
• Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation to ensure completeness and accuracy before migration.
• Support data migration activities, including mapping, verification, and uploads.
• Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing, reporting any issues.
• Coordinate with municipal representatives to resolve data gaps and provide status updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and project documentation.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of HR data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a project team.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Filters, Sorting, Formulas).
• Data entry and data management proficiency.
• Data cleansing and validation techniques.
• Basic understanding of HR systems and data migration concepts.
