HR Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day human resources operations within a fast‑paced sports environment on a 6‑month contract in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance tracking and HR administration.
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition to meet operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies and HR procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries, disciplinary matters and performance‑management processes confidentially.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with department managers to address staffing requirements.
• Contribute to employee‑engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Previous experience in the sports industry or sports organisations.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour law and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
