Human Capital Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Human Capital Associate to join PwC’s Internal Firm Services team in Amman. The role supports the Human Capital function by managing operational HR processes and ensuring compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HC operations including onboarding, record updates, transfers, off‑boarding and related compliance checkpoints.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, validate employee data, liaise with payroll and finance teams, support reconciliations and resolve payroll queries.
• Work with government relations and mobility teams on visa, work permit and iqama processes, renewals and status tracking.
• Maintain employee files, track required documentation and support adherence to local labour law and internal policies.
• Assist in data collection and reporting for HR metrics and compliance monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as payroll, finance and government relations.

Required skills

• Experience with HR operational processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with payroll coordination and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of local labour regulations and work‑permit procedures.
