Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

Michael and Son Services is seeking a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations across its U.S. locations. The role works during U.S. business hours and provides essential HR assistance to employees and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries and deliver day‑to‑day HR support.
• Assist with recruiting activities, including interview coordination and job postings via the ATS.
• Support onboarding, background checks, benefits administration, and employee record management.
• Conduct payroll, benefits, and HR data audits.
• Maintain electronic employee files and help with HRIS/payroll updates.
• Facilitate onboarding and termination processes as needed.
• Perform additional HR‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, especially in recruiting/talent acquisition and general HR support.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
