About the role
Hammoudeh Food Industries is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions across the organization. The role is strategic, focusing on developing and executing HR initiatives that support growth, culture, and long‑term objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security regulations, and internal policies.
- Drive organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Advise management on workforce planning and organizational structure.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve decision‑making and employee engagement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- 20 years of HR experience, including at least 10 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR strategies, systems, and best practices.
- Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
