Inbound Sales Development Representative (GCC)

About the role

RemotePass is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for companies interested in its global hiring platform. You will respond quickly to inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and set up meetings for the sales team, helping turn curiosity into strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries within minutes, ensuring a professional hand‑off from marketing to sales.
• Maintain a steady flow of follow‑up calls and personalized messages to keep RemotePass top‑of‑mind.
• Use consultative discovery techniques to uncover prospects’ pain points around global hiring, payroll, and compliance.
• Engage with prospects who have interacted with RemotePass content to generate genuine interest.
• Navigate objections with empathy, reframing hesitation into partnership opportunities.
• Craft tailored messages that secure introductory meetings and coordinate demos for Account Executives.
• Keep accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Meet defined response‑time targets (SLAs) and monthly pipeline goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to share prospect insights that improve lead quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance consultative communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a similar fast‑paced tech/SaaS environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
