IoT & AI Integration Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on IoT & AI Integration Lead to design, deploy and maintain our connected‑device and analytics solutions. The role combines field engineering, end‑to‑end deployment ownership and direct customer interaction through pilots and demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy low‑power wide‑area networks (LoRaWAN) – from site surveys to gateway placement, network server configuration and RF troubleshooting.
• Select and justify connectivity technologies (LoRaWAN, NB‑IoT, LTE‑M, 5G RedCap, Wi‑Fi HaLow, Bluetooth LE, Thread, satellite NTN) for each use case.
• Specify, test and commission sensors, gateways and tracking devices for asset tracking, telematics, environmental monitoring, cold‑chain, occupancy and indoor positioning (BLE, UWB, GNSS).
• Deploy and tune video analytics on live sites, handling camera selection, ONVIF/RTSP streams, detection zones and false‑alarm reduction.
• Own the device data layer – payload decoders, MQTT topics, device APIs, time‑series storage, alerting logic and dashboards.
• Enable ERP and business‑system integration by defining data models, publishing interfaces and supporting testing.
• Manage device lifecycle – OTA firmware updates, certificate handling, SIM management, power planning and spares strategy.
• Plan and run customer pilots, proof‑of‑concepts and live demos, and produce technical designs for proposals.
• Complete partner certification programs and retain technical knowledge internally.

Required profile

• Experienced field engineer with end‑to‑end deployment ownership.
• Strong customer‑facing skills for pilots, demos and technical support.
• Ability to work independently and mentor internal teams.
