IT Operations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and meticulous IT Operations Officer to oversee daily IT operations, ensuring all systems and services run efficiently to support the company’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Close and process all payment transactions daily, starting at 12:30 AM.
• Collect and process Visa (Credit/Electron) and Mastercard incoming files.
• Manage daily Cortex POS, ATM, and other system inserts.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing Visa and Mastercard files to the respective schemes.
• Process debit files, card files, and bank‑specific payments, including revolving credit card processing.
• Generate daily sensitive reports for all banks, weekly files and reports as required, and manage monthly cycle files for relevant banks.
• Process monthly (or as needed) E‑FILES for Zain, Umniah, and Orange.
• Monitor all JONET member interfaces and transactions to ensure stability and follow up on any issues.
• Capture and analyze system logs when technical issues arise.
• Open and update support tickets via the Helix system.
• Monitor ATM driving services to ensure system stability and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a closely related technical field.

Required skills

• Experience with Helix ticketing system.
• Familiarity with Cortex POS platform.
• Knowledge of ATM system operations.
• Visa and Mastercard file processing.
• JONET interface monitoring.
• System log analysis and reporting.
