IT Project Lead

About the role

MedNet Jordan is seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across the organization. This hybrid‑working role will involve close collaboration with senior management and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects such as software development, system integration, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Communicate expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage dependencies, critical paths, and potential risks.
• Handle scope changes, devise contingency plans, and mitigate crises.
• Track milestones and deliverables using tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
• Provide status reports, risk logs, and post‑mortem analyses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IT governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of IT or software project management experience.
• Preferred PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation planning.
