Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Junior Graphic Designer will join Design Community for Printing Services LLC in Amman to create visual concepts for customized apparel and promotional products. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the design team in delivering high‑quality branding assets that meet client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine design layouts for logos, branding elements, and marketing materials.
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring correct formats and color settings.
• Collaborate with senior designers, account managers, and production teams to incorporate feedback.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all visual assets.
• Organise project files and manage design assets to meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Demonstrated graphic design skills with a portfolio focused on print work.
• Ability to create effective logo and branding concepts that reflect client identity.
• Strong understanding of typography and layout principles for apparel and promotional products.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work on‑site in a team environment.
• Relevant academic background or training in graphic design; internship or entry‑level experience in print or merchandising design is a plus.
