Junior Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Product Owner to support our product team in shaping and delivering digital solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure that product requirements are well‑defined, prioritized, and implemented effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Communicate product requirements and updates to cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in planning, refinement, and review sessions with the development team.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented as intended.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Take part in usability testing and propose product enhancements.
• Support market research and stay updated on industry trends.
• Assist in competitor analysis and opportunity identification.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation, release notes, and reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong time‑management skills.
• Enthusiastic, fast learner, and adaptable to new tools and technologies.
• Responsible and committed to delivering quality work.
