JV & Expansion Associate

About the role

We are looking for a JV & Expansion Associate to support Kaizen’s management in overseeing joint ventures, regional expansion projects and strategic partnership opportunities across the GCC and other key markets. The role requires strong commercial insight, excellent Arabic and English writing abilities, and experience in business development within real‑estate or consulting environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the JV and expansion pipeline using Pipedrive.
• Develop and keep comprehensive deal documentation and institutional knowledge.
• Coordinate mobilisation planning for new joint ventures and market entries.
• Prepare executive‑level business correspondence and strategic documents in Arabic and English.
• Conduct market research and create briefing materials to support executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in written Arabic and fluent English.
• Hands‑on experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or a similar CRM platform.
• Background in real estate, property management, facilities management, consulting or business development support.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Based in Jordan, Lebanon or Egypt.
