Legal Associate Manager

About the role

KPMG Middle East is seeking an experienced, business‑oriented Legal Associate Manager to support its legal and compliance function. The role will provide practical legal counsel, manage contract negotiations, and ensure the firm complies with relevant laws and internal policies while supporting strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely legal advice on contractual, corporate, employment, and regulatory matters.
• Assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks associated with business activities.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage contracts such as NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts and commercial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal governance requirements.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on potential impacts.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and coordinate external legal support.
• Support resolution of disputes, claims, investigations and regulatory matters.
• Develop and maintain contract management processes, legal templates and documentation standards.
• Participate in strategic projects, providing legal input throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B) required.
