Logistics Officer

About the role

Maaden International Recycling is seeking a Logistics Officer to join its Sahab facility. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will coordinate daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of recyclable materials through inbound and outbound shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers and internal teams to optimise storage, transport routes and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards and support supply‑chain planning activities.
• Troubleshoot logistics issues and prepare regular performance reports on inventory and logistics.

Required profile

• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations and logistics management, preferably in industrial, manufacturing or recycling environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Sahab, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and adapt to operational demands.
• Vocational or academic qualification in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Experience using ERP software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
