Marketing Coordinator

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support its multinational marketing team. You will assist in the planning and execution of campaigns, events, and sponsorships across various media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of print, OOH, TV, and radio campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
• Track new OOH/DOOH locations and evaluate media proposals.
• Conduct due diligence for sponsorships and partnerships.
• Coordinate event logistics, liaise with venues, and assist on‑site during activations.
• Maintain marketing calendars, process invoices and purchase orders, and archive contracts.
• Follow up with suppliers and agencies for bookings, reports, and performance statistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, sponsorships, branding, and media channels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Ability to create visual assets using Canva.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
