Marketing Development Representative (MDR) – Lead Qualification

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Development Representative (MDR) to own the inbound lead flow, qualify prospects and hand them over to the sales team. The MDR will act as the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring timely follow‑up and high‑quality lead conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of all inbound marketing leads, ensuring prompt attention and follow‑up.
• Qualify each lead against predefined criteria to identify viable prospects.
• Engage prospects through phone, email, messaging and social media to gather information and insights.
• Schedule live demo meetings with qualified leads and assign them to the appropriate Account Executive.
• Provide regular lead status updates (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) to the MDR team and relevant departments.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to align strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Analyze inbound lead data, report on campaign effectiveness and suggest optimizations.
• Monitor lead quality and volume trends, delivering actionable feedback to marketing channels.

Required profile

• Absolute fluency in English, both written and verbal (additional languages a plus).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Effective critical‑thinking skills.
• Clear and effective communication with internal and external parties.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
• Team‑oriented mindset with proven collaboration abilities.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new software tools.
