Marketing Manager – Franchise Brands

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead a dedicated team to design and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales for multiple international franchise brands operating in Jordan. This position combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across both digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for several franchise brands.
• Adapt global brand guidelines to the local market while maintaining consistency.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing calendars and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Oversee social media, SEO, PPC, email, and content marketing initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of designers, ad managers, content creators, and customer‑service representatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, optimise ad spend, and ensure ROI.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with brand partners, media agencies, influencers, and production houses.
• Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer behaviour.
