Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities of our pharmaceutical portfolio across Jordan and the MENA region. The role involves developing and executing brand strategies, supporting sales performance, and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual brand plans for Jordan & MENA.
• Manage product launches, campaigns, scientific events, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales, regulatory, and external partners to drive business growth.
• Oversee marketing materials, budgets, and overall brand performance.
• Lead and support the marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (required).
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product or brand management.
• Previous managerial or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and therapeutic areas simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• GCC‑relevant experience is a plus.
