Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own the full marketing function for a fast‑growing food & beverage brand in Baghdad. You will shape strategy, lead campaigns, and drive measurable results across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing strategies.
• Plan and launch new store opening campaigns.
• Define social media and content strategy, overseeing production and creative direction.
• Manage Meta and TikTok paid advertising and overall performance marketing.
• Build influencer and KOL partnerships.
• Organise promotions, activations and events.
• Control marketing budgets, KPIs and ROI.
• Coordinate with the international brand team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail or FMCG.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Proven track record in opening/launch campaigns.
• Deep understanding of the Baghdad/Iraqi market.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with professional communication skills.
• Based in Baghdad or willing to relocate.
