Marketing Specialist (Sales & Marketing)

About the role

Beyond Games HQ is seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Specialist to support its sales and marketing initiatives in Zarqa, Jordan. The role focuses on producing engaging video content, planning campaigns, and optimizing paid social advertising. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging reels and short‑form videos.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Write compelling marketing copy and develop creative campaign ideas.
• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze audience insights, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare basic performance reports using Google Sheets.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing and content creation.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
