About the role
The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimise online sales channels for the company and its clients, handling product listings, pricing, promotions and digital catalogs.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor website performance and analyse sales data to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate content, stock availability and timely order processing.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to online purchases and support campaign execution.
- Track key performance indicators and recommend improvements to enhance revenue and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of e‑commerce platforms, product catalogues and online promotions.
- Solid analytical skills for data interpretation and performance tracking.
- Customer service experience with a focus on a positive online journey.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with common e‑commerce tools and CMS platforms.
- Basic Excel or other data‑analysis tools.
