About the role
BSM House is seeking a Creative Content Creator to develop compelling content that connects with target audiences and drives measurable results. The role focuses on strategy, storytelling, and performance optimisation across social platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative content strategies and engaging social media concepts.
- Conduct audience research and build detailed Buyer Personas.
- Write scripts, hooks, and storytelling‑driven copy.
- Understand platform algorithms and optimise content distribution.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and media buyers.
- Analyse performance data and continuously optimise results.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer behaviour and audience segmentation.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Creative thinking with the ability to turn insights into impactful ideas.
