Account Manager – Marketing Agency

About the role

BSM House is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Zarqa. The role combines strong client management skills, digital marketing knowledge, and advertising performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and maintain ongoing communication.
• Receive client briefs and turn them into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
• Coordinate content, design, production, and advertising campaigns.
• Analyze advertising campaign performance and key metrics.
• Understand metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare performance reports and discuss results with clients and the internal team.
• Manage deadlines, deliverables, and task follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Experience in Account Management or Digital Marketing.
• Hands‑on experience analyzing advertising campaigns, especially Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong ability to interpret data and identify campaign strengths and weaknesses.
• Good understanding of social media, content, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
