Mechanical Engineer – Design Team

About the role

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Amman, Jordan. In this role you will apply your technical expertise to solve complex engineering problems and drive innovation across our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Implement mechanical methodologies in engineering projects.
• Analyze and optimise engineering processes using mechanical principles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and improve product designs.
• Conduct detailed technical analyses and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot engineering issues and propose effective solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of engineering experience, preferably with exposure to PHFP methodologies.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and their application.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to mechanical engineering.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
