Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Developer

About the role

INSIGHT Business Solutions is looking for a full‑time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer to join its Amman office. The role focuses on designing, developing, and customizing Business Central solutions that meet specific client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate functional needs into technical specifications.
• Develop extensions, integrations and new features for Business Central using AL.
• Maintain and optimise existing NAV/BC deployments, troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with consultants, project managers and client stakeholders throughout testing and deployment phases.
• Produce technical documentation and provide post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC technical consulting.
