Mid-Level / Senior Flutter Developer (Onsite, Amman)

About the role

iDoc is seeking experienced Flutter developers to join its engineering team in Amman. You will design, build, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications that power a comprehensive telemedicine ecosystem, delivering secure and user‑friendly experiences for patients and healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Create reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components and widgets.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Dio and JSON parsing.
• Implement state management with Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar frameworks.
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and reliability of mobile apps.
• Write clean, testable, and well‑documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, and Cloud teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Support CI/CD processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–8+ years of professional Flutter development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming and software design principles.
• Experience building scalable apps using Clean Architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
