About the role

odros jo is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Video Editor to join its creative team in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with brand guidelines and storytelling goals.

Key responsibilities

• Import, organize and edit raw video clips to create coherent narratives.
• Apply color grading to achieve consistent visual style.
• Integrate motion graphics, simple visual effects, music and sound design.
• Collaborate with producers, designers and other team members to understand project requirements and suggest creative solutions.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to technical standards.
• Meet delivery deadlines and contribute to continuous improvement of video workflows.

Required profile

• Strong background in video production and editing.
• Attention to detail, good sense of timing and pacing.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in an on‑site environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience using Final Cut Pro.
