About the role

We are seeking a professional photographer with strong videography skills to join Najm Media on a part‑time basis (four days a week). The role focuses on creating high‑quality visual content for commercial and marketing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Capture photos and video footage that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Set up and control professional lighting to achieve cinematic depth and mood.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and storyboards.
• Perform post‑production editing, including colour grading and retouching.
• Maintain equipment and ensure all media files are properly archived.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial or marketing photography and videography.
• Excellent eye for composition, angles, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced camera operation and lighting techniques.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong colour‑grading skills.
