Multi Property Account Receivable Supervisor

About the role

The Multi Property Account Receivable Supervisor ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all accounts‑receivable activities across multiple Marriott properties in Aqaba. This full‑time position supports financial integrity by managing invoices, cash equivalents, and period‑end processes while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Verify figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Organize, secure, and maintain financial files, records, cash and cash equivalents.
• Record, store, and analyze computerized financial information using journals, ledgers, and accounting systems.
• Prepare, audit, and distribute financial, accounting, and payroll reports.
• Execute period‑end closing procedures and generate required reports.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
• Follow up on past‑due accounts and vendor invoices until resolved.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments, mentor team members, and ensure work quality.
• Report accidents or injuries promptly and adhere to all company policies.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and clear communication.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related accounts‑receivable or finance experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
