Multi-Property Director of Sales

About the role

The Multi-Property Director of Sales leads the sales function across multiple hospitality properties, building long‑term, value‑based relationships to achieve property sales targets. The role combines strategic planning, revenue optimisation and hands‑on management of the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with market and revenue goals.
• Drive revenue growth by setting personal booking targets, recommending team booking goals and approving space releases for catering.
• Oversee daily activities of the sales team, participate in sales calls, and manage the full sales cycle from proposal generation to contract signing.
• Analyse market and financial data, support revenue management with accurate forecasts, and report on sales performance and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by leading guest‑facing interactions, gathering feedback, and coaching staff to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team, meet booking targets and manage large‑scale hospitality sales operations.
