Network Administrator

About the role

The Network Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, securing, and optimizing the organization’s network infrastructure, cloud connectivity, firewalls, VPN services, and Microsoft 365 environment. The role ensures high availability, performance, and security while supporting business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and wireless networks.
• Administer and maintain Fortinet FortiGate, FortiManager, Cisco ASA, and Cisco Firepower firewalls, including policies and security rules.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IPsec and SSL/TLS VPN connections and remote access solutions such as FortiClient and Cisco AnyConnect.
• Manage cloud networking services across AWS and Google Cloud Platform, including VPCs, IAM policies, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, and monitoring.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender) and manage user accounts and security policies.
• Monitor infrastructure health using Zabbix, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, and GCP Operations Suite, and generate performance and security reports.
• Maintain network diagrams, configurations, and documentation, and support IT audits and disaster‑recovery procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in network administration and infrastructure management.
• Hands‑on experience with Fortinet and Cisco security solutions.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and cloud networking environments (AWS, GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

• Google Cloud Platform networking and monitoring services.
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender).
• Fortinet FortiGate / FortiManager.
• Cisco ASA / Firepower (FTD/FMC).
• VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL/TLS, FortiClient, AnyConnect).
• Routing & switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLAN).
• DNS, DHCP, NAT, QoS.
• Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, GCP Operations Suite).
