Night Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Night Supervisor ensures smooth, efficient and secure hotel operations throughout the night shift, delivering friendly and professional service to guests while leading the night team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑office standards, policies and service delivery during the night.
• Complete nightly end‑of‑day procedures, balance accounts and review Night Audit reports.
• Supervise, guide and support the night team to maintain operational efficiency.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and manage guest billing.
• Respond promptly to guest emergencies, incidents and special requests, including VIP matters.
• Coordinate with Security, Engineering, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments for seamless overnight operations.
• Conduct inspections of guest, public and back‑of‑house areas to ensure hotel standards are upheld.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations or hospitality operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and guest‑service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively under pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good knowledge of hotel front‑office and Night Audit systems.
