Nurse / Medical Secretary – Internal Medicine Clinic

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Nurse / Medical Secretary to support our Internal Medicine Clinic in Amman. The role combines basic nursing duties with administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth patient flow and high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient care and clinic procedures.
• Perform basic nursing tasks, including patient assessments and vital‑sign measurement.
• Insert IV cannulas when required.
• Schedule appointments, maintain and update medical records.
• Manage reception duties and handle administrative tasks.
• Communicate professionally with patients and support insurance documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• IV cannulation.
• Basic nursing procedures and patient assessment.
• Computer literacy for record‑keeping and scheduling.
