Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Operations Coordinator to join our Head Office team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will act as the central hub for facility‑management operations, linking field project managers with executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review and synthesize weekly/monthly reports from field Project Managers.
• Analyse operational data and KPIs to spot bottlenecks, track progress and flag issues for senior management.
• Maintain master operational schedules, ensuring resources, timelines and field deliverables align with company standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, logging, triaging and assigning them to the appropriate field teams.
• Generate, track and manage purchase orders for equipment, subcontractors and materials.
• Monitor procurement portals for relevant tenders and RFPs, extract key requirements and assist in proposal preparation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in operations coordination, project support or administration within Facility Management, Construction or Real Estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facility Management software (CAFM/CMMS).
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel for data analysis and Word/PowerPoint for proposals.
• Experience using ERP systems and generating purchase orders.
