Outbound Cold Caller – US Real Estate (Remote)

About the role

The company, a U.S. real‑estate brokerage specializing in mobile home and RV parks, seeks a remote Outbound Cold Caller and Appointment Setter. You will contact park owners in the United States, qualify their interest and schedule appointments for the brokerage team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to U.S. park owners using a provided script.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for the broker.
• Build and skip‑trace prospect lists, maintaining clean data in HubSpot CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in outbound cold calling or appointment setting (sales focus).
• Native or fully fluent English with a neutral accent suitable for U.S. phone calls.
• Reliable computer, noise‑cancelling headset, strong internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace.
• Availability to work the U.S. Pacific shift: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM PT (≈5:00 PM–11:00 PM Cairo time).
