About the role

Join JTI Manufacturing Jordan for a six‑month paid internship where you will gain hands‑on experience in a multinational manufacturing environment. This program is designed for fresh graduates eager to develop foundational engineering skills while contributing to real projects across quality, production, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and support end‑to‑end manufacturing processes, from raw material handling to final product output.
• Assist in Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, including data collection and reporting.
• Participate in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) inspections, risk assessments, and emergency procedure drills.
• Help prepare dashboards, compliance reports, and corrective‑action documentation.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives such as Yield Projects, 5S/3R, and continuous‑improvement meetings.
• Attend daily Integrated Work System (IWS) cycle meetings to learn performance‑metric analysis.
• Gain exposure to SAP systems and digital tools used in manufacturing operations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with an engineering background (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• Strong interest in manufacturing, quality, and safety standards.
• Willingness to learn, observe, and actively participate in cross‑functional teams.
