About the role

Division50 is expanding its presence in the GCC market and seeks a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities for IoT and ERP solutions. This remote, part‑time position focuses on the UAE market and requires fluent Arabic and English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across the GCC through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and hand off high‑quality opportunities to the sales team.
• Research target industries and tailor outreach strategies to address specific pain points.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment setting and outbound sales development, preferably within the GCC market.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills for senior‑level executives.
• Self‑driven, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to handle objections and stay composed under pressure.
