Patient Journey Partner – Ophthalmology

About the role

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) in Ophthalmology works closely with patients, physicians, nurses, pathologists and other stakeholders to understand their needs and co‑create solutions that improve outcomes. Embedded in the local ecosystem, the role bridges Roche’s capabilities with real‑world challenges without traditional sales or medical affairs constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with patient‑journey stakeholders to identify and remove barriers, unlocking value for patients and the community.
• Steward Roche’s ophthalmology products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring appropriate, balanced communication of benefits to healthcare professionals.
• Collect and share patient and stakeholder insights internally, mobilising expertise across the network to accelerate solution delivery.
• Maintain a high‑quality customer experience for all ecosystem interactions with Roche.

Required profile
