About the role

We are seeking a Powder Mixing Supervisor to oversee the preparation and mixing of raw materials in our manufacturing process, ensuring accurate operations, product quality, and safety standards. The role demands strong attention to detail and the ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the weighing and mixing of raw materials according to production formulas while following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct quality checks on blended powders to ensure consistent texture, homogeneity, and performance.
- Ensure all batch records and documentation are accurately completed.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and report any shortages or deviations.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in powder mixing.
- Degree in a related field.
