Presales Technical Consultant

About the role

As a Presales Technical Consultant at ManageEngine, you will partner with the Sales and Business Development teams to solve technical challenges for customers and help qualify business opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor, presenting solutions that address the day‑to‑day IT problems faced by enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify, qualify, and scope new business opportunities.
• Assess and technically qualify the IT needs of prospects, focusing on Windows Server, Active Directory, IT Service Management, Desktop Management, ITIL, IT Security, and Cloud infrastructure.
• Deliver product presentations and demos both online and onsite for international customers.
• Develop Proof‑of‑Concepts, complete RFQ documentation, and guide prospects through the full pre‑sales cycle.
• Work closely with Product and internal teams to address complex customer environments.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a pre‑sales or technical consulting role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
