Principal Pricing Specialist

About the role

Unifonic is seeking a Principal Pricing Specialist to lead pricing strategy for its AI‑powered customer engagement portfolio. The role combines deep analytical work with commercial acumen to drive revenue growth and profitability across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously refine pricing strategies for all products, AI capabilities, feature launches and packaging updates.
• Develop pricing models that align with market trends, customer behavior and business objectives.
• Monitor pricing performance, generate insights and recommend adjustments to improve profitability.
• Establish pricing governance, best‑practice frameworks and oversee discount approvals and commercial terms.
• Own the commercial deal desk for strategic enterprise opportunities, partnering with Sales, Finance and Product teams to structure competitive and scalable proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pricing strategy, revenue management or commercial finance within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable pricing recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Finance and Executive leadership.
