Product Development Manager - Assets

About the role

The Product Development Manager – Assets will drive the creation and enhancement of banking products, focusing on loans and credit cards. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, lead cross‑functional teams and ensure the product portfolio remains profitable and aligned with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall product development strategy and maintain a healthy, profitable portfolio.
• Lead new product development projects and enhance existing products in line with market requirements and the bank’s strategy.
• Supervise studies, data analysis and the preparation of product requirements documentation.
• Manage the product development team, ensuring adherence to timelines and effective coordination with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and IT.
• Maintain the product backlog and drive initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• Manage external vendor relationships and communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or a related field; professional certifications in Business Administration or Product Management are a plus.
• 7–10 years of experience in banking product development, specifically for loans and credit cards.
