Product Manager

About the role

Maqsam is building a cloud communication suite for the MENA region and seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the Administration layer – accounts, teams, permissions and configuration – as well as compliance and regulatory features. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, compliance and revenue teams, turning market and operational requirements into shippable product.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of the administration surface, reducing admin friction and support load.
• Translate regional legal and compliance requirements into prioritized product specifications for new MENA markets.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment with Engineering, Compliance, Finance and Revenue, protecting focus and maintaining a realistic roadmap.
• Maintain a single source of truth documentation for the administration product area.
• Conduct evidence‑based discovery through user interviews and analytics to inform the product backlog.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering complex SaaS features.
• High ownership mindset with ability to work independently and drive results.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Comfortable turning ambiguous market requirements into clear, actionable product specs.
• Data‑driven decision making, using analytics and user feedback.
