Product Manager

About the role

Eon Dental is seeking a Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end strategy and lifecycle of one or more products in our clear aligner and dental services portfolio. Based in Amman, you will work closely with engineering, design, clinical, commercial and go‑to‑market teams to turn business and customer needs into a clear roadmap and successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation aligned with business and customer goals.
• Lead product discovery using customer insights, data and market analysis to define high‑impact initiatives.
• Translate strategy into actionable requirements and success metrics for engineering and design.
• Partner with engineering to drive delivery, manage trade‑offs and ensure timely, high‑quality execution.
• Collaborate with design and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive, customer‑centric solutions.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
• Define and track key product metrics to assess performance and guide continuous improvement.
• Support go‑to‑market alignment with sales, marketing and customer‑facing teams.
• Provide mentorship to other Product Managers and, where applicable, take on direct people‑management responsibilities.
