Production Operator – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

Join Hikma Pharmaceuticals as a Production Operator and contribute to the manufacturing of high‑quality generic and specialty medicines. You will work in a moderately complex production area, ensuring equipment is set up, operated, and cleaned in compliance with strict regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, clean, and change over production equipment using hand tools and adjusting instrumental devices.
• Operate a machine or a portion of the production line under close supervision, following written and verbal procedures.
• Document all process steps, data capture, logbooks, and batch records accurately.
• Receive and verify finished product deliveries from vendors, ensuring proper accounting of materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following cGMP, FDA, DEA, OSHA, and company guidelines.
• Identify and suggest continuous‑improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Diploma in a related technical field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in a cGMP‑regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work safely under supervision.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, DEA, and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic machine adjustments.
• Accurate documentation and record‑keeping abilities.
