Program Coordinator – Global EdTech Nonprofit

About the role

Darsel, a fast‑growing AI‑driven education nonprofit, is looking for a Program Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of its global programs in Jordan, India, and Nigeria. The role is remote‑first and will support central leadership and in‑country teams to maximize learning impact for hundreds of thousands of students.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and project management by identifying tasks, setting deadlines, tracking progress through stand‑ups and reports, and removing bottlenecks.
• Monitor program impact, facilitate performance reviews, and design experiments to improve effectiveness.
• Document learnings and best practices to enable cross‑program collaboration.
• Assist in creating strategic documents such as impact reports, expansion plans, and fundraising materials.
• Provide operational support for internal data systems, including student and classroom account management, reporting, and content management.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating programs in education, nonprofit, or international development contexts.
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining strong communication with teams across multiple time zones.
• Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week with a variable schedule.
