Project Coordinator (Civil or Architecture Engineering)

About the role

ASALI Engineering Consulting & Project Management is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, construction and fit‑out projects. The role involves coordinating communication, documentation, schedules and deliverables across clients, internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of multidisciplinary teams including Architecture, Structure, MEP, Infrastructure, Landscape, Interior Design, BIM and specialist consultants.
• Prepare and maintain project correspondence, meeting minutes, action logs, reports, trackers, technical submissions and presentations.
• Organise and attend client, design coordination, authority, tender, contractor and internal project meetings, and follow up on all agreed actions.
• Monitor project programmes, submission schedules, approvals, deliverables and major milestones; identify delays and risks and escalate when needed.
• Support authority submission and approval processes, including coordination of drawings, forms, reports and responses.
• Maintain document‑control systems such as registers, transmittals, revision logs and approved‑document trackers.
• Assist tender and procurement activities: issue RFQs/RFPs, coordinate bidder queries, track quotations and prepare comparison tables.
• Facilitate information exchange through BIM/CDE platforms and ensure approved information is communicated to relevant parties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in project coordination within the construction or engineering sector.
