Project Coordinator – Facility Management

About the role

We are an international consultancy engineering firm seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our Facility Management team on a major high‑rise development in Qatar. You will act as the central hub for communication, ensuring smooth coordination between the client, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities among the Facility Management team, client, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Assist the Project Manager with FM operations, maintenance and project‑related tasks.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, reports and action items to guarantee timely completion.
• Organise meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Support the preparation and review of technical and management reports.
• Maintain project documentation, correspondence and records.
• Help implement FM procedures, processes and operational requirements.
• Identify and resolve coordination issues, ensuring effective communication across all parties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably on large‑scale or high‑rise projects.
• Proven experience in Facility Management and project coordination.
• Previous experience working in Qatar or the GCC is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of FM operations, maintenance and project requirements.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
