Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support the planning and execution of advertising, signage and interior/exterior design projects for Konoz Group in Amman. Working on‑site, you will act as the link between design, production and installation teams while keeping clients informed.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, track progress and ensure alignment across internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, files and material order logs.
• Monitor material orders, assist with quality checks and support budget tracking.
• Communicate regularly with clients to clarify requirements, provide updates and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with safety and company standards during implementation.

Required profile

• Proven project coordination or management experience, preferably in advertising, signage or interior design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with internal teams, vendors and clients.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman and visit project locations as needed.

Required skills
